The developer of Ten Wine Lofts, Grace Communities, broke ground on this community late 2005 in hopes to have the condos for sale by early 2008. When the real estate market crashed, the primary lender of this project went bankrupt, which then led Grace Communities to go under and lose the property. Connell Real Estate & Development, out of Berkeley Heights, NJ, purchased the condos late 2010 with the intention of renting them out until the market gets better to sell.
