Residences at BON VIE

Bon Vie is a desired mid-century modern community just blocks away from Old Town Scottsdale. Originally built in 1977 as apartments, Bon Vie was later renovated and converted into condos in 2004. Bon Vie is a two-level community that features two floor plans. A 672 square foot one bedroom and an 832 square foot two bedroom. These condos are fitted with higher-end finishes. The exterior of the community is constructed out of concrete block accented with Dunn Edwards’ “Satum Green” paint color.
