Residences at Artesia

Artesia is a large luxury condo community a few miles north of Old Town Scottsdale, where the former Radisson Resort & Spa used to be. The original plans of the development called for 480 total units on 44-acres. The breakdown of units are as follows, 52 townhouses, 329 condos, 15 penthouses and nine live-work units that feature an office space on the first level.

Currently Starpoint, the developer of Artesia, has completed 31 of it’s brownstone condos and 61 of the other condos, along with the underground parking. This development also includes the nearby acclaimed restaurant Roka Akor, along with other retail spaces along the main street, Scottsdale Road.
