Residences at BEADLE VIEW LOFTS

Beadle View Lofts is development collaboration between valley architect, John Chonka and real estate broker, Brad Gilbertson. The name Beadle View was derived because at that particular location three Al Beadle, a famous mid-century modern architect in the valley, projects are visible. Beadle View Lofts is a four-unit townhome community built in 2002. Each townhome is a four-story, two-bedroom floor plan with an attached two-car garage, private front yard entry and finished with contemporary touches.
