215 McKinley is a small boutique urban infill community of 14 condos and lofts. The community was built in 2007 by Delmastro Eells Construction as part of the renaissance of Downtown Phoenix. 215 McKinley is situated just outside of the main Downtown District of high-rises, shops, and sporting destinations. The immediate surrounding environment is up-and-coming but still somewhat barren and undeveloped.
