Residences at CRYSTAL POINT

Crystal Point is an 18-story luxury condo community in Phoenix, directly north of the Phoenix Country Club Golf Course, off Osborn Road. Developed by Lincor in 1990, Crystal Point was the first high-rise condominium tower to be built in the valley since the 1960s. During the development of this project the United States experienced a huge financial crisis stumping most development in the valley. It wasn’t until 10 years later that the next wave of high-rises were built starting with Esplanade Place at the Biltmore Fashion Park.

Crystal Point is comprised of 56 condos, all a variety of two, three and four-bedroom floor plans. The condos vary in size from approximately 2,000 to 6,000 square feet. The community has a handful of amenities residents can take advantage of such as the 24-hour doorman, concierge Monday through Friday, a heated pool, fitness center, steam room and much more.
