312 South is a great example of an infill project. This small community features seven privately owned two-bedroom two-bathroom townhomes. Each home is a two-story floor plan equipped with an over-sized two-car garage and high-end luxury finishes pulled together by quality construction.

The architect for this project was Winston Henderson who worked hand in hand with Townsend Construction based out of Las Vegas, Nevada to construct these luxurious, but affordable townhomes.
